■ Our company has conducted factory debugging before products
leave factory. Thus users shall not adjust the equipment by
themselves at their will.
■ Reject or Flush water is not to be consumed for drinking or
cooking purpose.
■ If the equipment suffers decreased water yield or peculiar
smell after used for a certain time, users shall contact the
company to clean the equipment or change filter cartridge.
■ The input water temperature shall be 5℃ - 38℃. Hot water will
harm membrane core and freezing water inside the reverse osmosis
membrane will damage membrane.
■ As waste water will be discharged when reverse-osmosis water
purifier works, reject or waste water pipe gap should not be
blocked; otherwise it will damage membrane, pump and may even
damage the purifier.
■ We recommend to not feed/input any water with uncertain
quality. Suitable water is tap-water of city or underground water
with total soluble solid content less than 450mg/L.
■ If you are not going to use the purifier for a long time (In
case you are on a holiday, tour or out of home), make sure that you
disconnect the power supply, turn off the raw water supply and
drain the storage tank.
■ If power supply cord is damaged, kindly make a service
request for change of the same. Do not try to service the purifier
on your own. Instead, call service technician for help.
■ After debugging completes, the equipment can be normally used
based on automatic control. Under normal conditions, users shall
close swan neck faucet and open the ball valve in pressure barrel
to let purified water inject into storage barrel.
■ System will automatically shut down if storage tank is
filled. Purified water will automatically outflow by opening the
swan neck faucet.
■ We recommend cleaning the drip tray once a week to prevent
breeding of mosquitoes or molds.

Q. Can I install the device myself?
A. It is highly recommended that you do not try to install the unit yourself. As soon as the OCEO device is delivered to you, the installation date will be informed via email/sms. Allow the assigned OCEO Engineer to visit and do it for you.
Q. Are there any charges levied for the Installation & Servicing?
A. The required Installation charges is to be paid at the time of installation only from the mobile/web application & no charges are levied for service of OCEO devices. If the device is damaged/tampered by the consumer?s negligence, you will be liable to pay to the extent of damage to the device.
Q. Can I open and service the purifier?
A. It is highly recommended to assign the servicing of the purifier only to an authorised service engineer trained by the company. Please place service request by logging into your account on OCEO website/mobile application.
Q. Can I open and service the purifier?

With OCEO Smart Sense technology, the health of each OCEO device is monitored remotely by our service team via the cloud for the critical system parameters and they will interact with you and attend to the device, if any problems are reported. We shall ensure that your OCEO device runs hassle-free without any periodic service requirement. The only intervention required would be to replace filter membranes when they are blocked. The replacement membranes will be shipped to the registered user address at zero cost.
Q. What should I do in the event of water leakages?
A. Immediately turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord and then close the Input water valve. Check for improper installation / fitments. Please place service request by logging into your account on OCEO website/mobile application.
Q. Can I get my product serviced from the local/unauthorized service provider?
A. It is not recommended or advised to do so. You should get your OCEO device serviced through our authorized service engineer only.

Q. Is my Credit/Debit card Information secure?
A. Secure order processing is of paramount importance to us. Security is provided by industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology (128 - bit encryption). All sensitive personal and financial information entered during the checkout process, including your credit card number, is encrypted while travelling over the Internet.
Q. Will I get payment confirmation of online recharge?
A. Yes. The customer will get confirmation to the registered mobile number or email address for payment confirmation. The customers can also check their related bank account.
Q. I don?t have a Credit/Debit Card. Can I still buy water credits?
A. In such cases, you can use other online payment modes available on the OCEO website/mobile application.
Q. How and when I will get my refund for transaction failures?
A. Generally, refunds are processed between 7-10 working days. We request you to check your bank statements for refund confirmation.

DO'S & DON'TS
■ Kindly do not switch On/Off the device with wet hands.
■ Make sure that the purifier is connected to normal
temperature water supply only.
■ Make sure that the rejected water pipe is not placed at a
level higher from the purifier; otherwise rejected water may flow
backwards into the purifier.
■ The maximum distance between the water source and the
purifier should not be more than 2 meters.
■ Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and installation in damp
areas.
■ Avoid sharp bends in the pipe. Do not bend or block the
reject water pipe.
■ Do not confine the purifier in a cabinet.
■ In case of not using the purifier for more than two days,
kindly switch off the power supply and drain the storage tank.
■ To keep the storage tank clean, it should be drained once in
15 days.
■ Provide suitable protection from sunlight, rain & wind incase
of outdoor installations.
■ Do not place any heavy or dangerous objects on top of the
purifier, as it may damage the device.
■ Keep the device away from any hot locations or near cooking
equipments.
■ Do not place candles, cigarettes or any flammable objects on
or around the device.
■ The device is not to be used by children under the age of 5.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
These safety instructions must be read carefully to ensure
your safety and prevent property damage.
■ Ensure that the local voltage accords with the system voltage
to prevent electric shock or fire.
■ Do not use a damaged power cord or plug, or a loose outlet.
■ Do not unplug by pulling the cord or handle the plug with wet
hands. This may result in electric shock or fire.
■ Do not bundle the power cord tightly together, as it may
cause damage.
